LBMA supply chain due diligence policy

Dongwu Gold Group Co., Ltd “hereinafter referred to as “the company” complies with international and domestic laws and regulations, takes reasonable measures and endeavors to conduct due diligence in good faith, so as to identify and prevent any risk of negative impact related to the relationship with supplier. To this end, we make the following commitments:

According to enterprise’s position in the supply chain, we are committed to cooperate with the supplier, central or local government agencies, international organizations, civil society and the third party that being affected, take significant measures to prevent or reduce the risk of being negative effected within reasonable timeframe, to improve performance or tracking, if risk reduction measures did not work and if we have reasonable reason believe that the supplier has below activities, we will immediately suspend or interrupt the cooperation with the suppliers:

1. Any method of procurement or association with the party in connection with the serious infringement or violation of human rights;

2. To provide to illegal armed organizations, public or private security forces, direct or indirect procurement or procurement of any kinds associated with the party;

3. Bribery or fraud in any way directly or indirectly procured or associated with such party;

4. Money laundering, terrorist financing or financing of conflicts in any way directly or indirectly procured or with such party Association.

5. Does not meet or is associated with environmental and sustainability legal requirements.

6. High-risk situations specified by the LBMA or other high-risk situations determined by the Chinese Government.

The company will not offer, promise, make or demand any bribes, and will resist temptation to engage in money laundering, don’t engage in any activity that would fund a conflict, not to make false statements about taxes and fees due to the government, or don’t pay bribes for the purpose of seeking concessions.

The company is willing to accept the supervision of customers and relevant organizations to ensure that the company respects human rights, contributes to sustainable, fair and effective development, and creates favorable conditions for constructive cooperation between the company and relevant parties.
